I was served overcooked, skinny crack wings and overcharged for the experience... however this was NOT the case at the Trussville BWW!!! Y'ALL ROCKED IT!! Thank you guys, you have restored my faith in a wing place again. I will be back very soon!

After lying that he was the manager and that I would have to get my money back from the app....he went and got the manager...go figure. So after talking with a real manager who tried explaining how to get money back from the app...but to no avail....they called yet ANOTHER manager. So Jamarie calls her on his personal phone..I thought the phone was broken but it turns out it was just a case. I was trying to handle the phone with care when he snatches the phone out on my hand and screams at me YOU CAN JUST GIVE ME MY PHONE BACK SINCE YOU ACKIN' LIKE I GOT A DiSEASE OR SOMETHING!!! OMG....what just happened...so I waited for the manager to report this. The manager showed up some time later but I dont feel she really cared. BUT at least she finally explained that unless they total the order out I wont get charged. THANK YOU!!!! FINALLY an answer to my question! Do yourself a favor...stay AWAY from this Burger King. I had heard and read bad things about this store but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again....

And then a sandwich wasn't even right. We were already on the Interstate when we opened the sandwiches, so we didn't go back. The onion rings were old and dried. That was a terrible experience and I didn't want to go back to the store. We spent almost $17 and in reality was not worth $3
