The new management has made sure I won't come back. I went there 2 days ago and bought a whopper combo, but they were out offries.. things Happen) but I didn't receive a discount for not getting my full meal. So I asked since I'm not getting fries, can I get mozzarella sticks. She not only charged me FULL value instead of part of the combo but didn't even consider offeringas a substitute. The food quality was beyond the worst I've had here. Cold and old. I used to come there a few times a weekbut due to quality and horrible customer drive l service from the NEW MANAGEMENT, I will NEVER come back. I will get JimmyJohn's. I also am leadership in the marketing department for a resort and will NEVER recommend this food to anyone. I waited 24hours prior to typing this due to wanting to not type off emotion on it because I was very upset with this.
