Went to get food for my kid and it appears they were too busy chit chatting to listen to my order. Proceeded to yell at me like she couldn 't hear me so I drove around to thefirst window. Francis and the one taking orders sat there talking, while Francis was on her phone. Neither one had enough senseto open the window to even acknowledge me so I drove to the second window where Francis came to the window and had a nastyattitude, saying you actually have to pay at the other window . I told her I sat at that window for at least 2 minutes and noone opened the window so I went to the second one, thinking maybe I paid there since they were just sitting there yapping awayand she was on her phone. She decided to get even more of an attitude, saying she was on the phone texting her boss due tosystem issue. Okay, so I said well one of you two could have opened the window to just say there was a system and to give you aminute instead of ignoring me . Never once cussed at her but she decided to tell me to have a good night and slam the window.Went to another Burger King and they knew exactly who she was and how awful she is. I have the entire ordeal recorded and willbe sending it to corporate.
