Ordered a family size. The pizza base was doughy (undercooked) so called up the restaurant and had the comment, ‘how can that be?’ thrown at us, but then agreed... leer más Ordered a family size. The pizza base was doughy (undercooked) so called up the restaurant and had the comment, ‘how can that be?’ thrown at us, but then agreed to replace it. The delivery person arrived with the new box and also wanted to see what was wrong with the previous order. We got the box to show him the doughy texture and he argued that is how they make them, and that we will find the replacement to be the same. He pestered us to check the replacement. We asked what if there was a fault with that one to, quipped that he’ll give us a refund. I then asked him what will we eat for dinner then? No answers there. We again had to literally break the dough to show him that it was undercooked. Spent about 10 minutes at our doorstep explaining but he just didn’t get it. Argumentative, no apologies, and he took the pizza back with him. The pizza was bad and the experience left a sour taste. The place has new owners since 1.5 years. Never going back.

Ever since the Irish pub left knox i have been looking for a place to...have pub kind of food, the lamb shank at this place is a nice substitute although this is not a pub environment.
