Line was very long and difficult to get in and out. Service is bad here. Chick fil a is known for their amazing service but this lacks professionalism. Pulled up and we were greeted with a simple Hi what can I get you. I asked to see the menu and he replied with I don't have it. I'm thinking ok he's going to look for one so I can see it. NOPE. I asked do you have a spicy sandwich and he said yea we have 3 options.....never told me the options. I had to look on their website. While he just waited. 10+ cars behind me. I paid he hands me my card and just walks away. No thanks. No receipt. I get my food....it's not a spicy chicken sandwich.

I ordered sandwiches to salads and they were all delicious.I am surprised with the reviews because i got nothing but excellent service here. I am here on a Friday around 1130am and ordered my salad. Sat down and the food was brought out to me fairly quick. As I was finishing up, I had someone check if I wanted a refill on my drink as well or if I need any additional napkins. They even asked to clean up after which they didn't need to but super friendly. It can get a little loud during lunch rushes but still great customer service. You will definitely see me coming back here. Who doesn't love Chick Fil A!

Honestly, just give them two stars, because at least eating is good. but every other time we order, they confuse our order. my biggest peeve is that they insist that they get the command right. for example, I ordered an original chicken and specified that I didn't want to eat so. they said they understood. Then why did I get a lemon garlic chicken?. and when I said that I didn't ask for any sauce, they insisted that I said after a dae limonen garlic, the children working said, it can't just be sad that the place on the hill, go down the hill.
