I loved the food, service was good has a cool atmosphere. I also loved the ice hockey rink below that you could watch games being played. I was there on St. Patrick's Day.

It was a rainy Sunday night, so that could account for the restaurant being nearly empty and the two of us being one of only three groups at 7:00--the other two being hotel guests. That said, the food was quite good. I was a little disappointed after they informed me the salmon I ordered was not available as they had sold the last one. Hard to believe with the few guests there. The service was good, also for that reason. The menu was very limited as was their beer menu, so I wouldn't stop here for more than a quick but tasty bite.

Beaumont Jo 's is our local pizza place if we want a quieter family dinner and don't want to go to Woody 's in Golden. Much prefer the Prairie Pie (New York style) over the spicy Chicago style cakes. You also have great sandwiches, healthier pizza options and a robust gluten-free menu if you need it. The tables outside are worth waiting, IMO, and other patrons are often very friendly. We met Beau Jo 's about once a week; it can be the best family dinner in downtown Evergreen.
