So good and way more than could eat. We ordered burgers. They were ok, but not great.

I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. We ordered delivery from this location at 6:30pm. At 8:05 our food arrived. Freezing cold soggy terrible. In the meantime we had called their location only to be greeted by arrogant self-entitled staff that have zero respect essentially disregarded our complaints. First off. Your customer is always right. We work hard all week to come to spend our money at your establishment and you don't even care about the quality of your food or your service? We called to ask where our food was after and hour and a half. We were told that it was almost there. Half an hour later we call to cancel our order as we live less than ten minutes away from the location. We knew at this point our food would be subpar. We were met with rude essentially we aren't refunding your money we don't even have your order?....clearly you have no idea considering it showed up ten minutes later. My order was wrong. Our food was absolutely horrible. We threw it in the garbage. Then the girl had the audacity to call us back and tell us if you have a problem take it up with the owner....the fact that the owner condones this behaviour is appalling. I moved here from Toronto and have been a fan of burrito boys since Queen Street. This location sullies the good name of burrito boyz

Very tasty in a crowded market of mexican burrito restaurants.We came by around 1pm and was a little surprised how long it took but from what I could tell they seem to get a ton of call-in orders which slowed the process down but we were not in a hurry.
