Today as we arrived a belligerent man entered the restaurant and was very threatening when he was refused access to the bathroom. Fortunately the entire staff (Darrius,Karol,Angie and Douglas) were incredibly professional and patiently engaged with the man and politely asked us to wait until this mater was resolved before taking our order. Darius was particularly composed as the man insulted him as he successful redirected the man to leave. Can't say enough about how impressed we were with their service and ability to deescalate the situation!!!
