I have gotten gluten 2 times here and recently felt comfortable going back but today 's was eye opening.Last time I went in I pointed out that fairlife protein drinks are no longer gluten free due to a change in formula. Fairlife has even stopped labeling their prodcuts gluten free. The day of they removed drinks. Today when I went in they were back on their shelves and bottles were not labeled gluten free.The icing on the cake was the person making my wrap did not wash her hands or even put gloves on before she started to make my food. She went straight from the registrar after helping two people to making my food. Then was upset that we asked her to at least wash her hands.It 's disheartening when a place that is labeled gluten free is not celiac safe since they do not take cross contamination seriously or does not know what it is.
