Despite the customer service issue, the food was most definitely good so I’ll chalk this one up to hopefully an isolated issue. Also, the owner’s prompt response was also a plus. Looking forward to supporting again and getting better customer service from staff next time around. Haven’t even gotten my food yet and already turned off by the customer service. Ordering through Ubereats. After having to cancel my first order because of out of stock items, I try to place a different order in an effort to still support. After getting the same out of stock message, I call to see what’s in stock instead of cancelling a second order. The guy who answered starts telling me stuff that’s not even on the Ubereats app but I’m still listening. Then, he hits me with “well order what you want but I can’t tell you the whole menu on the phone” after I explained that I was calling to see what I could order since I keep getting the out of stock message. Who talks to people like they’re being inconvenienced when the restaurant is the one with a bunch of stuff out of stock? So I say again “I’m only asking because of the message I got”. Then he says “it’s some things are out of stock and it’s an off day but we do have stuff”. As if that wasn’t the point of my call. I’m really praying this food is worth it.

The wings are super small and I ordered a 20 piece that was fried again because they were so hard and tiny! I called and asked to speak with the manager and the... leer más The wings are super small and I ordered a 20 piece that was fried again because they were so hard and tiny! I called and asked to speak with the manager and the lady said the manager was not in and all they could do is as take my number and have the manager call me back! The manager never called back! So I called back the next day and the manager just said bring the wings back in and they will make some more! I didn’t save the wings so I only have the receipt. I trashed the wings because they literally wasn’t anything anyone could eat! Poor management and they definitely didn’t satisfy me as a customer
