Tous les ingrédients sont de bonnes qualité. La galette coquille saint Jacques est top tellement les coquilles sont moelleuses. Les crêpes sont très fines et la crêpe chocolat calvados est top. Le cidre fermier brut est excellent C’est vraiment la meilleure crêperie de Nantes
