Generally service is poor, menu item availability chronically unreliable, staff performance is lackluster, etc etc. Sitting on over 20k in points but would rather let them expire than give this location any more business.

This was my first time here in a while, but the group of friends I came with is a regular and said that she is consistently rude to them also. She does not want to work, and does not want to be there. I complained to the manager and he told me that this is a complaint that the receive all the time and the GM isn?t doing anything about it . Why she is still employed there is beyond me.. it?s a service job. I can see why the bad is empty at dinner time. Nobody wants to be around such rude bartender. Hopefully management handles this.

We had a birthday reservation for weeks. Another party walked in without a reservation and got all the servers' attention. Food came in the wrong order and not hot. No water refills. No bread even though it was offered. Music was deafening and couldn't be turned down. By the time we were asked if we wanted dessert, the best were sold out. Pizza was good, salad okay but it came half an hour after the pasta, and pasta lacking...not enough tomato or cheese. Servers were friendly but rarely around. Carpet was old and dirty.
