The pizza is always hot and looks good, but occasionally forget to change the desired cuts.

Really appreciated the way the situation was handled as a fellow hospitality worker and would recommend the hell out of this kind of customer service. Thanks again guys!

Also it took like 40 minutes for someone to take out orders… Like I could have at least a coffee? Food was good tho.

When the food arrived, we could not see our tellers because the lights were so dimmed. After I ran through my duck-charcuterie, it was smart and swallowable. the second cure was the bone, the dish was so salty I couldn't eat it. I complained to the waitress who came to remove the plate, she didn't offer to withdraw from the bill or replace it.

Today was my second time going, they updated their menu and unfortunately took some if my favourite dishes off, and we waited half an hour for our order because it was quite busy (as it often is). That's just testament to the cosy vibes, nice food, and friendly staff who were very accomodating to dietary requirements.
