We all order... leer más Myself, my husband and our two friends were visiting Dortmund for the weekend. We came to this place at approximately 4.30pm on Saturday 30th June. We all ordered drinks and sat down to look at the menus. We approached the bar to order our food at 4.45 and were told to sit down and someone would come and take our order. We sat there for a further 30 minutes and were completely ignored. Every person who walked past us avoided eye contact and when we even said excuse me they looked away. We were made to feel very unwelcome, and some of the staff were giving us dirty looks when we originally ordered our drinks. To any visiting foreigners I would not recommend this establishment at all. We decided to leave and found a wonderful place just up the road where the staff were warm and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to have our business and looked after us well. This place did not. Absolutely awful service.
