The service was definitely lacking with the waitress assuming we have all been here before and being kind of distant and not making us feel welcome. We had a couple of family members visiting from out of town and celebrating triple “belated” birthdays and no one made an effort to make it feel even a little bit special in any way. A couple of drinks we ordered were good, however, the food was mediocre at best, nothing memorable in any way, especially given the cost. We all had filet mignon and all four weren't quite done the way we ordered. The meat didn't even have the “typical “ filet mignon flavor/taste and it was very bland. The quality wasn't bad but it was certainly not at the level they advertise. My father's piece had some tough fibers throughout and he only enjoyed a very small portion of it. The only reason why we didn't bring it up to the waitress was my father's wish to let it go and just leave but I find such a situation unacceptable for what is supposed to be a higher end restaurant. This is honestly my first bad review I have ever written, but with an almost $400 bill (and that is without any appetizers, just main courses, wine, and two drinks for total of four), the entire experience left a bad taste. I am sure they won't care, but we are never coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for any special occasions. We are not picky or anything, just were hoping for some decent experience for some special occasions but ended up greatly disappointed!!

I got cereal killer drink and it was HORRIBLE! It was bitter and disgusting. I told the bartender and she kindly remade it. But it was still disgusting. My boyfriend went back and exchanged it for the psych glow. I honestly think the milk was bad maybe. It was very disappointing.

10/10 do NOT recommend.My husband and I will not be coming back to this location due to the fact that we were seated at our booth and waited 20 minutes before a... leer más 10/10 do NOT recommend.My husband and I will not be coming back to this location due to the fact that we were seated at our booth and waited 20 minutes before another guest came in and was seated with his order being taken right then.Not once did an employee stop to take our drink order- not once did anyone come by to pick up our menu’s or check to see if we needed anything.The young gentleman with glasses was waiting the booth next to us and spoke of how when he is tending to guests “he always makes sure that they are taken care of” as we continued to sit right across from the booth he was waiting on for another 10 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave.Never have I EVER had to leave a restaurant due to poor service or customer service skills. I guess there’s a first for everything.

Where is the waitress or waiter? 1028 am the manager comes to take our order because it appears that the waiter is very busy with the table close to us that has about 10 people there. I asked the manager if the Minion menu is still available so he leaves to go check with the kitchen. How does the manager not know that? 10:30 am the waiter came and took our order while the manager was at the station finding out what time the Minions menu gets being served 10:40 am the manager arrives with our food. It looks fresh. 10:59 AM the server brought us the receipt and left. He didn't even ask if I wanted more coffee or offer a to go box. I had to wave down the cleaning lady at 11:05 to get a box. I open the IHOP app to pay the bill and got an error message x2 so I have to wave down the server to use my card to charge me. He takes the card and comes back 12 minutes later with the final receipt and hands it to me with another tables signed final receipt which he obviously did not notice that he left it at my table. It turns out the food was not as good as it looked when it initially arrived... The eggs turned cold after the first three minutes, I did not get the extra butter I asked for my pancakes and I asked for light hashbrowns and they brought crispy hashbrowns. I give it 2.5 stars out of five so add that plus the poor service and I give the entire experience a 2/5. I will not be coming here anytime soon. I'll just keep looking for a good place to have breakfast.
