SUVICHE was the only one of their restaurants we had not dined in previously. While the quality of the food and fish was excellent the service was inconsistent and slow. We had two servers and the one that took our order was a bit confused and in the end forgot one dish, it came quickly after mentioning it. The tempura was fresh and crisp, and the fish fresh and excellent the rolls were well constructed. The sorbet was excellent and fresh. All in all the only place I would eat sushi in Cabo, just understaffed for the price and restaurant, honestly a shock.

We visited the place twice and ordered tofu vegetables, roasted veg rice, spring rolls, chow mine. The spice level was quite appropriate. In any case, you recommend to anyone who has a diet restrictions to visit here. The portion sizes were also very good and this is the most expensive restaurant I visited during my trip.
