05.10.2023 - 09:35Visited recently for lunch. We were the first people in as guests. Table was dirty on sitting. Seating dirty. High chair filthy like it had never seen a cloth. Visited the toilets, filthy. Floor was manky, toilet roll strewn everywhere. Guessing they didn’t bother cleaning from night before? Food was average. Very very oily pizza. Glasses smudged and dirty. Standards have slipped big time. They open at half 11, but surely they should use half 11 12 and clean? No one looked at us til 12 anyway? Really put off going back.

23.05.2023 - 14:11This place was beautiful. The food was amazing. Just know that the mozzarella cheese appetizer is huge blocks in thick breading, so you may only want the small order lol They were soooo good though! We just brought the rest of ours home. The staff was also amazing, attentive, and charming. The only thing I wished was different, is that they do not serve any alcohol. We are on vacation, but if we ever come back to Blue Ridge, we will definitely be eating here again.

27.04.2023 - 15:37Great place to eat. Excellent food, large portions and small prices. Opens up to 9:00 Google Maps said that they close at 4:00, but a quick phone call and a human voice has recognized me. 5 Terminator films have taught me not to trust the machines.

29.12.2022 - 22:15What a nice menu, every quantity of choice, all homemade with excellent ingredients, best speck and egg roll ever. bacon, smoked to perfection, soft egg yolk roasted egg, slightly roasted roll with a light crispy, large amount of brown sauce and superb lattes yum! we got a weekend at the macdonald hotel by friends incredibly nice of them! we only had to pay for our drinks. the breakfast in the hotel was £17.50 per, so in the run of the weekend we thought, £70 for the breakfast for 2 people for 2 days in the hotel was a bit chunky so we found riverbank cafe, where we met chrissie, one of the owners. chrissie was very friendly, during the course of our breakfast showed great things to do in the opposite. we ate there both tomorrow, Saturday Sunday (big to have it opened on Sunday) plus it is dog friendly so a huge bonus for us free Wi-Fi. If we are back in the opposite, we will be back in riverbank. it is not the cheapest place in the world but they get what they pay and they can say 100% that the best quality ingredients are used and well cooked. also there is a beautiful gift shop.
