Out of the 3 ordered dishes, only one had the quality of a fine cuisine meal. The tuna was juicy, properly seasoned and accompanied with a good selection of vegetables. Unfortunately the dorado was below average, slightly overcooked and dry. The accompanying hummus was bland.
