02.05.2023 - 18:23Sushi in Bergamo is all prepared by Chinese and there is no Japanese restaurant. With this I don't mean full Japanese, but Suzuran is by far the best to find in Bergamo. Not only for sushi, but also the pizzas are good. I would say it is more a good Japalian managed by Chinese! If you stand up for sushi, this is your only choice!

11.03.2023 - 10:59Aug 30, 2021: My wife, daughter and I arrived for our 8:30pm reservation and seated along with two other groups who reserved at the same time. Our waiter was friendly, personable, and passionate about the food being served. To say the food here was delicious is an understatement. We ordered 9 of 12 dishes from their seasonal menu and everything was excellent!! The chef and his team know their flavours and how to coax the best from all the local ingredients they use in every dish. Each course was well-thought out-prepared and layered with complex flavours. It’s rare that you find a place where every dish is both unique and tasty. The two other tables seated at the same time, were also in agreement. A foodie from Toronto said…” the food in Toronto is not as good as this!” I said, …” unfortunately I will have to agree with you… the food in Vancouver is not as good as this (generally speaking). My wife and daughter who are not octopus nor beef tartar eaters, they loved those dishes- a surprise for me. I said I would come back tomorrow to order several dishes all over again, if only they were open for lunch! As I write this, I would easily reorder the: scallops n smoked clams tartar, octopus, amazing homemade pasta with perfect poached egg and carmalized goat cheese, and their smoky layered black pudding, although every dish we had was good. The tasting dishes are still very substantial and certainly worth more than what one is paying here compared to other fine dining places I think they need to charge more for the time, energy, and detail that goes into every dish! One needs to make a reservation , the waiter said they turned away so many requests that day because they are a small restaurant. We loved the rustic laid back decor and the non-nouvelle -pretenciousness of other places without true substance nor the heart. of Chez Rioux Pettigrew. 04.02.2022 - 13:21We were three adults that had lunch here on July One of the three adults lives in Roberval and it was she who selected this restaurant. We arrived exactly at noon and the place was full hopping! Fortunately, we had reservations as...otherwise we would have been out of luck! Our waitress was very nice and efficient. How she managed to serve everyone in a timely manner is a mystery! One friend took the shrimp dish, the other person chose the linguini dish I had steak French fries. Everyone was very pleased with their dish, although the pasta person would have liked more sauce. My steak French fries dish was enormous! Cooked exactly as requested. We all chose the same dessert, a blueberry pastry dish. A perfect way to end a nice meal! We were pleased that our friend had selected this restaurant!

11.01.2022 - 10:06La città di Montichiari a luoghi nascosti e di altissima qualità, enogastronomicamente parlando. Salamensa, inoltre, ha uno stile molto curato in tutto. Dalla selezione di ostriche, alla colazione americana, alla pasticceria e panetteria. Sono veramente ottimi! Dopo, cosa dire del servizio! In particolare, ILARIA, che è simpaticissima e mega-competente, nonché EVA, la Dea di Ebano DI Salamensa, sempre sorridente e gentile. Sono due gioielli di ragazze che con grande eleganza e senza essere invadenti vi servono con la grazia di un posto stelle. Uno dei miei rifugi preferiti in zona se voglio sentirme come a Milano, Londra, Parigi o New York. Grazie e complimenti. Per chi non lo conosce, vi consiglio di fare almeno una volta un pit-stop in Salamensa!

24.12.2021 - 07:13Preparazioni di qualità nonostante la formula All You Can Eat! Sono rimasta davvero colpita dalle materie prime e dallo staff super cortese e gioviale, disponibile e sempre col sorriso. Per chi ha voglia di sushi, questo è il posto giusto in centro a Desenzano. Super consigliato!
