Our drinks were brought to our table faster than we could have went to get them. The service was great and the employees were all super friendly. He?s amazing! 10/10 for drew FOR SURE! I had the worst anxiety ever especially when it comes to the food I eat. Drew gave my mother and I a lot of great opinions! Was very patient kind? We arrive at the restaurant with 2 adults, 2 teenagers, a toddler and baby which they attempted to seat us at a 4 top, so we asked for a booth. After we sat at the booth and waited for about 10 minutes, empty restaurant mind you .. a manager came up to our table and asked us to move because we had a stroller, and no strollers at booths apparently. We packed it up and moved as requested and finally our waitress showed. Appetizers were decent and bread was good, but our dinners were second rate. Shrimp was over cooked, hard as a rock and left after taste like that of being cooked in yesterdays grease. The pasta was over cooked and the sauce was just bland .. nothing like what I?ve had at every other Carrabba?s Restaurant. Another issue, I was served my drink and sat there for almost an hour with an empty glass. Our waitress came by the table 4 times and each time left the pile of appetizer and salad dishes on the table and me without a refill. Last but not least, after I sent my meal back to the kitchen ? not once did any manager come by to check on us! We are super disappointed because Carrabba?s usually has good service and food but not this one. The whole staff seemed more worried about getting the place cleaned up at 9:30pm than taking care of their customers, so we will not be spending another dime with this establishment.

My husband and I were skeptical about a new Mexican restaurant in Guntersville, given that Los Arcos and El Camino seem to reign supreme. However, when we read an article in the newspaper about it, we decided to try it. We were glad we did! The carnitas were incredibly tender, with a delicious citrus flavor! The Cabo Nachos were also good, featuring both chicken and steak on top of flour tortillas, rather than the typical corn ones they bring you in the basket. Perhaps our only complaint was that the salsa was a bit weak. Other that that, I think that Cabo will give Arcos and Camino a run for their money!

I had the catfish, and most places on bread it overcooked it and comes to you as a fat evil fried mess, NOT HERE! Light flaky well cooked and well seasoned with just enough bread to be crunchy. Hush puppies are usually not my thing, again because most places make them too big and then overcook them to get the center ready. Here they are slightly smaller than expected, but crisp with fantastic taste. A great beer selection with people who are well trained to tell you what is offered! Stuck around for the Sassy Brown Blues band and had a great time! Look forward to a return flight!

The workers there just don?t want to work, if this place wants to stay open they need to hire some people that care about their jobs.
