Esta es una gran receta para pollo buffalo. Tuve que usar pimiento rojo en lugar de cayena porque no teníamos cayena, pero salió maravilloso.
Hice la receta como se indica y opté por tiras como dice. El rebozado de harina fue un poco corto para 3 pechugas. Necesitaba alrededor del 25% más para obtener un buen recubrimiento hasta el final.
