Hice esto exactamente como lo pedía la receta. Me encanta y lo hago semanalmente. El queso mozzarella le da la cremallera justa.
Siguió la receta y agregó trozos de aguacate fresco. ¡mmm! A mis hijos y a mi esposo les gustó. :) Ahora que lo pienso, unas aceitunas negras también habrían estado bien.
Hago Caprese todo el tiempo. Corto los tomates y la mozzarella y rompo la albahaca para que sea más fácil tomar un bocado con los 3 ingredientes.
