Hice esto con lenguado en lugar de bacalao, omití el orégano ya que no tenía, y utilicé cerveza y harina sin gluten, pero esas fueron las únicas alteraciones que hice.
Realmente bueno. Usé bagre en su lugar y mantuve todos los demás ingredientes igual. La salsa es lo que realmente hace que esta receta sea de primera categoría. A mi esposo también le gustó.
Freí cada lado durante aproximadamente 2,5 minutos.
