Las albóndigas recibieron elogios de mis invitados. Tenía algunas dudas porque no se doraron en el horno sin 10 minutos extras y tenía miedo de que estuvieran secas.
Todos los amaron. También añadieron mucho sabor a la salsa. Lo hice tal como estaba escrito y salieron perfectos.
No pensé que tuviera suficiente sabor. Usaría más hierbas frescas, definitivamente no usaría especias italianas.
