No hice esta sopa, pero siendo de Hawái, el miso era un alimento básico en nuestra casa. ¡Mi mamá nos hacía sopa cuando estábamos enfermos! El tofu debe agregarse después de que se haga la sopa, justo antes de servirla.
Lo hemos hecho 4 veces ahora - es muy rico. Parte de nuestras sopas regulares ahora.
