"I have been coming to Deliworks for nearly 10 years. When i walk in i am always greeted by name and even before i make it to the counter my breakfast is already being made. The staff are always friendly and are happy to see you. They serve literally hundreds of people a day and no matter what the specials of the day are you can always expect to have a satisfying meal. "We moved to the region a few months ago, and having Ambrosia within a two minute walk is both a blessing and a curse. I try to be good about what I eat, but my partner and I too frequently purchase and devour their Kouignamanns pastries that are a ridiculous amount of buttery, sugary goodness. They have the plain versions, which my partner loves, but I am partial to the one with chocolate and I think pecans.We've also tried and loved their chocolate ice cream. I usually prefer gelato, but have to admit they do a great job with their icecream. So far, we have had their Peruvian chocolate version, but just bought a Fiji chocolate version that I can't wait to eat.Their scones are also pretty good. I prefer their savoury ones they had a bacon and cheese one a few weeks ago that I hope to get my hands on again soon. We did try a sourdough loaf a few weeks ago that was very yummy, but I think it might have been around 7/8 bucks, so not sure I would purchase very often.The store has other delightful fresh, frozen and packaged goodies that I have yet to try. Prices aren't exactly cheap (the Kouignamanns are about 5 each), but we have convinced ourselves it's worth it for a super satisfying treat now and then.Also, everyone that works there is super friendly."

"First found this gem several years ago at our Kitchener Market. Unfortunately they no longer have a stall there; but are still located in the Krug Street mall on Krug, in Kitchener. Definitely a great spot if you are looking for something different for dessert. Highly recommend the fruit tortes!"

"Only one of two places where I will buy a sub. Why? Freshness. I love the egg salad. If you did not have a good breakfast, then get one of these for supper and make it up. The meat subs are great too and they have a wonderful variety."

"Polestar Hearth is a Community Supported Bakery, they produce some of the finest Sourdough Bread I have e eaten, all from a brick oven, a wide choice is on offer. A must try, be warned not always open ( I am informed depends on how they feel on the day) but great great bread."

"Traveling with a group of 20 and never had a problem! Everyone was very friendly! Travis and Cavell on the entertainment team made us all very welcome and sure made us laugh! Eric, one of the bartenders...was amazing making our drinks and entertaining us! The room was very nice although we had an issue with our A/C but it was dealt with straight away! Sure will come back soon!"
