"This was our second visit in the last couple of weeks. We went with a number of couples, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed their food. We had pizza on our first visit, and fish and chips and salad on our second. The pizza was delicious and not at all greasy. Both the fish and chips and salad were well prepared and delicious.My wife had a local craft beer that she enjoyed. The atmosphere is warm and the walls are covered with pictures of local sports teams much of the last century. This is a favorite of locals for its beer, warmth, and food."

"Taco Tuesday was really good eating! chicken and avocado, pork and black beans, and fried garnel. we all tried. good portion sizes! dessert was frightened! rhubarb cream brulee, and cheesecake. both winners! 2 local design beer for choice, very pleasant service from the personal."

"Beautiful place right in the heart of Almonte. It was lovely, clean and spacious. We had access to kayaks, right on the river. Rob was a great host, very kind, considerate and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. I can?t wait to come back"
