Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis ramen shop has a very atmospheric charm! The interior is old but clean. The seared chashu pork is deliciously fragrant. It is a tonkotsu ramen that suits the taste of people from Kagoshima. The only difference is that they use thin noodles. It gets crowded quickly after opening. The parking lot is located on the same premises as Nagayu Road Station. It would be easy to visit if you are aiming for the local products hall. I ended up passing through the back of the ramen shop, so be careful as the road is narrow.
The tonkotsu ramen is delicious. There are also plenty of other menu options such as karaage, katsukare, and pride potatoes, so it's not a problem for families. When you order ramen, some rice dishes become 100 yen each. Although there are some negative reviews elsewhere, I always enjoy the food when I visit. This time, I discovered they offer all-you-can-eat yakiniku and nomihodai, with a special price of 2980 yen for women and 3980 yen for men, featuring Bungo beef. It seems to require a reservation. The restaurant is located in a separate building from the ramen shop, with fewer customers, which helps avoid crowds. It has a cozy, rustic feel, which adds to the enjoyment. Next door is Omae no Yu, a famous retro onsen facility, making it convenient for a post-bath visit. By the way, if you bring your meal receipt, you can receive a discount at the nearby Manyo no Yu onsen, making it only 200 yen instead of 500 yen. I highly recommend this onsen as well.
The lightly flavored pork bone broth with seared chashu is deliciously fragrant. The fried rice was not terrible, but it had a strange taste and lacked the crispy texture. I was satisfied with the pleasant customer service from the restaurant owner.
