ほらふき Tíng Jú Chí Diàn

Since it was my first time, I arrived 30 minutes early for the opening and waited in the rain for another 30 minutes before being seated in the restaurant. While waiting, I was drawn to the delicious smells coming from outside the restaurant. I had a hard time deciding, but I chose the soba rice and it was incredibly delicious. Next time, I will come back to try the yakisoba.

The okonomiyaki was delicious with a fluffy texture. It's hard to find places that serve sobameshi, but I really enjoyed the Worcestershire sauce which added a great hidden flavor.

Although it may look firm on the outside, the pork belly is grilled well and fluffy on the inside. The leeks are crunchy and versatile, which was a pleasant surprise. It was to my liking in terms of taste. I will definitely go back again!
