I have been to the Bagel Factory 7 days a week for the last 6 months. The Bagels, the service and the atmosphere are excellent. The staff remember names and are fun to interact with. The prices are fair and you get a great sandwich. Regarding the 168 sandwiches I purchased in the last 6 months I have no complaints. Thank you to the staff for making my morning ritual awesome.
Two bites into my bagel and pulled out the longest curly hair I’ve ever seen. It was disgusting and especially unacceptable after paying $16 for one bagel and one breakfast sandwich. Thanks for destroying my overpriced breakfast!
I love their bagels but this woman that works there Nikki (I’m sorry if that is spelled wrong) was so stressed out I got anxiety just standing there waiting for my order. Which I had phoned in. She kept Yelling at the phone when it started ringing in front of customers. The cooks in the back asked if she needed any help, which she clearly did, and clearly denied. There was a line almost out the door and she was getting frustrated with everything. She did her best to try and be polite, I get it.. the food industry is not easy. Take help when help is offered to you. I may not be back because I felt so uncomfortable just being a customer there. I don’t think customers should witness employees acting that way. Stressful situations happen but you can still stay professional. I am a business owner myself and I would have a good sit down with any employee that acted like that.
Service has tanked at this location. Food isn’t as good. The atmosphere has changed since the new people took over this year. Such a disappointment.
