Matsuri is the best Far East restaurant in Hampton Bays. I always go for their Thai food selection, but I understand their sushi is also pretty good.

Tranquil and comfortable atmosphere, welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff, well presented nourishing food. Good for parties of all sizes.

Fab food.. really wonderful friendly staff.. my friends who took me have been going since it opened 15 years ago.. they are right to completely love it: XXXXX

Throughout the pandemic we did take-out, and Matsulin delivered their high quality dinners! Now we are happy to be back in the restaurant enjoying the entire experience again! Pick your favorite dishes… Matsulin is one of the best restaurants in Hampton Bays!
