We are staying at Aachen and attempted to go to this Tandoori couple of times and some how couldn’t make it. Finally the day arrived and we made it... Yes we feel it’s worth the struggle we took to reach . The restaurant is clean,...particularly the rest rooms are neat and well maintained. One point I’d like to mention is their menu book ... it’s dotted with Time passing interesting Zen Satires and all trivias.. interesting though! important is lot of information on India, it’s geography and food and more information ... this is appreciable from Indian restaurant owners and they do present to their patrons true picture about India apart from feeding the cuisine Food quality is good, quantity is just adequate for one person ... they do serve rice along with dishes ... We had onion pakoras, Nan, Ladies Finger subji, Lamb Curry, Paratas ... It was tasty, good ambience and good hosting ... one can enjoy Indian hospitality ... Well the cost is little on the higher side from portions being supplied ... but worth it
Food was not gud... We had chicken... It was not tasty... Some spices were too much... Some were very less.. They charged very heavily for the still water 6€ per bottle... In all very unhappy experience..
I can say that its the best indian Restaurant in Germany so far..good food and tasteful with best quality.. Very nice atmospher.. I paid around 35 euros for two briyani and drinks..
I was not amazed by this restaurant. Every dish I tasted here, I had better in other places. Not that is was bad, just plain tasting if you ask me. Price level was on the high side. What bothered me most was the unfriendly service....It looked like the lady was in a bad mood, we didn't feel welcome. That is the main reason I will not visit the restaurant again.
