Spent $54 on a dinner and $48 on another within two days and logged in for the app. Just take a photo of the receipts .yea right, from 7 times to get the entrance she was rejected, unreadable, cut off, dates to old, and finally get a friendly email saying as a courtesy that gave me the points, as there are 2 weeks rule. So don't you do your time with the app?

So don't you do your time with the app?
Eh ... I really want to like Firehouse subs because I think they do really good with helping get equipment to first responders.... But the food is absolutely gross... I got a meatball sub and there was so much oregano on it it tasted like I was licking grass. (And I'm Italian, so I have no problem with seasonings, but there's no flavor... The service was good... That's really all I can say
It was HAIR in my food, and they refused to give me a FULL refund. They only refunded 8.64 for the sub where the hair was...but why would I want the rest of the meal?? Which I left with them chips and a drink..we being legally robbed..why not wear hair nets to prevent the problem instead taking my hard earned money... Customer satisfaction should be the daily goal...
