Old smelly and dirty, rude staff not capable of understanding any needs.

Service fantastic would like the high tea menue mixed up a little even though value for money and good food getting repetitive as go quite frequently .

Was in for works Christmas lunch lovely food and nice friendly staff recommended

Old hotel, overly priced!!! Rude staff and there is no bottled water. I was told to drink from tap in bathroom! We’ll never return to this hole.

So disappointing! Service was appalling, no mention of tea or coffee. Main meal was acceptable, offered no condiments. Scones were non existent, cakes resembled...
