Betty Rose's Little Brisket - Abilene

Nasty. I was in a party of 4 that went in on Thursday 7/7/22 at lunch. It was nasty; we wanted a baked potatoe. They were out and they offered a some what of a substitue of a baked potate. they used the night before left over potatoes and there was atleast a half bowl of butter which made it terribly horrible. It was not served looking at all appetizing and tasted worse. Oneordered a drink that was totally nasty. The waitress was snotty and we were terribly disappointed in both the food and theservice.

1 star or less !!!! I got the extremely unseasoned brisket the meat tasted funny, like it was old on its way to spoiling . the ?potato salad? was basically mashed potatoes . easily the worst BBQ spot I have been to .

The wait staff is on it! Great service and great smiles. Thank you! The establishment was very clean amd taken care of. Food wasn't bad , nothing really exceptional. Again, thank you for your hospitality!

Had TV dinners that were better. As bad as the brisket was, the mashed potatoes with sweet relish they called potato salad was even worse. Brisket seemed to be a slice of pot roast several days old. The only claim to BBQ was the sauce on the table.

I had the brisket plate. Loved the tender brisket. The BBQ sauce is wonderful, too! My potato salad was great and the beans were delicious. Can't really say enough about how great the food was!!!
