Purchased a Double Texas cheeseburger meal it was delicious with their own special sauce

I used to like this location better than Wood Dale. Now I prefer Wood Dale again. They have gotten better and it has gotten worse here. I got yelled at one time for asking for an extra sauce. I mean the marinara comes with the sticks so....Then they forget cheese and just put whatever you don't ask for on. I got bbq sauce instead of ketchup. They told me it was ketchup. It wasn't. Took 15 mins with 2 cars. I see why they are not busy. Back to other location.Unfortunately I had to go this one again. This experience was even worse. Charged me for extra lettuce and tomato. I ordered sandwich without those items. Finally gave me money back after telling me I was wrong until I kept showing her on the receipt. Forgot my drink. Made me wait for it 5 more mins. In there almost 20 mins. I was only customer inside. Maybe they just need to close.

Love this place. Directly across from the suckyest McDonald's in the country and still usually no customers. Food is always cold. They never can get it right. And the price is always a surprise. always more than you expect).

First voice on the drive thru intercom started asking for my offer when a different voice interrupted saying we 're closed. They weren 't closed... Not for another 20 min. There were two other cars ahead of me that were being served. I stated that it was only 11.40pm and asked if there was a reason why they were closing early. She just repeated we 're closed and that 's it.

Pulled up to drive through 15 minutes after opening time. No reply from worker inside. Doors are locked.There is a McDonald's across the street that always has 5x the business. This is part of the reason why that is the case.
