Roma Pizza - Albemarle

Placed my order in store. I left went to two stores came back and food wasn’t ready. I was told 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes, 2 more minutes, 2 more minutes. That’s exactly what happened months ago (never got my food) and I said I’d never come back. I heard there were new owners. We thought we’d give another try.Fooled me again, and again I didn’t get my food.I ask for a refund and everyone got pissed. No apologies!Others were waiting and upset too.Maybe come out and say “hey guys thanks for your patience……your food is coming out ASAP. But, Nothing!!!!I’ve been fooled twice. It will not happen again.

We tried to give this place a try. It’s worse than ever. Went in to order take out. ONE HOUR later-no food. Promises of 5 more minutes. Asked for refund, man came from back to approve. No apologies or explanation. NOT GOOD. NOT POLITE OR FRIENDLY. Unbelievable.

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The delay in service was not their fault but the pizza is, absolutely horrible. Thin crust when there was no thin crust to select…. The crust was over done and the cheese wasn’t even melted. If there was sauce on it, I couldn’t tell. The taste was the same as the looks. I will never order here again.

Picked up and had to go right back over there cause they didn’t give me everything I order…Order was messed up then Sam gone say he would replace it when i went and got my food he gone say he can’t replace it again make sure it’s right… Bad service and the waiter was rude

Worst pizza I ever had, floppy and soggy, I would rather of had a frozen pizza. ??
