Places an order, paid with my credit card, went to pick up and they were closed!!! In the middle of the day and no ad on the website say they are closed!! had to argue with companies to get my money back!!!!
Good customer service. Only the problem is that, in my opinion, they close too early.
Yesterday evening we had a finished pizza and in the cheeses Maden had lumped together. Most importantly, the manger who works there is unprofessional, respectless and has costumers waiting, even while the pizzas are done. This small Caesars business was problems after problems, with rat attack and villains, to workers who cannot even deal with their manager or infestation. It just tells me how dirty she can leave the store and how disgusting it can be to know someone that's in control.
I got three pizzas and three wings. I couldn't check online for system problem. It said I should call the store. The woman who answered was rude and did not want to take my order. She said that I'm making it wrong online and that she can't accept online orders. That means I went to the pizza hut and got exactly what we wanted, without problems and it was cheaper. We only live 3 blocks away. You lost your customers from a house of 7 people!
I showed up to pick up an order 10 minutes after the window of it being ready. They apparently throw out orders after that time limit, which I think is an odd policy. Regardless of weird rules, the employees here were super helpful and found the order, warmed it up in like 10 minutes, and printed my receipt when I requested it. Really appreciate their cooperation.
