Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe were due to stay at the hotel that evening, but arrived early, so thought we 'd have lunch whilst we waited. Typical of French restaurants at the budget end (though still far from cheap by UK standards! , the menu was limited and a little incongruous for us Brits. We 've learned to avoid 'starter ' salads that cost as much as a main course, and are really far too large for starters, so we just went for mains. I asked for Swordfish, but ended up with Sole! It was quite good really, even the accompaniments were ok. I would have preferred the swordfish though. My wife had a chicken curry pasta, which again was quite tasty, but got a bit boring after eating half the dish. By now, the service had become friendlier, once we established we could communicate reasonably (other than types of fish of course! , so we ordered desserts, and again, they were nice. Looking back over our holiday, this was probably one of the best meals we had.
Even though it's directly at the main road and the front looks average, the backyard with the pool is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and modern. All with air con and a large and modern bath rooms The pool has a good size and enough sun beds. The breakfast is all you need with fresh croissants! Enjoy your stay there!
We had a meal here which was ok but no better than average, Hotel is also right beside the main rout ethrough the town.
The moules were very salty and shriveled, the 'roti de agneau au four ' was mostly bone, but perhaps we were just unlucky. It is a nice restaurant in terms of decor and care was taken with the presentation and service.
La carte est simple et efficace les plats sont copieux et de bons gouts avec des produits de qualité. Nous avons passé un bon moment et comme promis nous vous laissons un petit mot d'Auvergne ... bonne saison à vous....
