"very unfriendly service, so I have never experienced!!! We arrived there with 6 adults and 4 children and had to pay 40 euro for the first time to get to the burg arras. that we still accepted but what came was the highlight of the day! this lady who served us then was so unfriendly and had us felt in every minute how undesirable we were there. the order has never completely taken it up and then it came to my bottle scorl, this fell around, to me over the pants and went away without apologising simply again. that was just an example of what was still followed by other unfriendliness!!! A good advice for anyone who wants to return there and wants to spend a nice time there is a good idea! HERE is not the hospitable king!"
