I have tried yellow chips at other places, but the chips here are much better in both appearance and taste. The fish was excellent, and the batter was just the right thickness. This is a traditional and bustling fish and chip shop with friendly staff. I had a mishap with my payment and was generously given my meal for free. Such kindness! I will definitely pay it forward. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks.

The guy who runs this place is an absolute legend! The fish and chips I got from him last night were absolutely delicious. But talk about service I had literally crashed on my scooter five minutes before hand and I had a massive scrape on my arm which he let me wash off in his hand basin and then proceeded to get a medical kit and took five minutes out of his time to patch me up in the middle of a busy Monday night service. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service anywhere ever! Made my whole day! Kindness costs nothing but is absolutely priceless! This business deserves to be everyone’s number one Fish Chips shop in the local area! Thank you so much!

We decided to check out this shop due to its high rating, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. The fish and chips were incredibly delicious and reasonably priced.
