We wanted to try this restaurant again to confirm compared to last time I must say that the high expectations we had were fulfilled Menu with the right courses, neither too few nor many, I would say the right synonym for fresh raw materials cooked to perfection and I must repeat myself as a very good chef with a delicate hand A very well deserved on the field to the new managers We will come back and speak only good things about you Compliments We returned to this historic and renowned restaurant and we had a very pleasant surprise as it had changed management. Apart from the slight confusion at the discovery, the two guys (new managers) welcomed us with a smile and kindness. A breath of fresh air certainly benefits this restaurant. We found some news on the menu, duck breast cooked to perfection, delicious and raw seafood with a selection of particular oysters that they define as special and red mazara prawns What can I say, a delight for the finest palates They told us that they will be up and running with the new menu from next week If a good morning starts in the morning I say well done guys, continue and persevere on this path. Change of manager, a restaurant to forget, a partly raw Milanese steak, the breading was falling off, the salad was tasteless, they only brought me oil and salt, the plin with roast sauce were industrial, without a wine list, we order a rosé wine and not he told us the price of the bottle, the Russian salad was anonymous, frozen potato gnocchi, a slice of 106 Euros terrible service, an evening to forget, it's not a job for you
It is not a restaurant known to tourists. This is good for the customer even if the new management will soon make themselves known. In a typical Turin environment of the past, without any artificial renovations, you can enjoy excellent dishes in complete tranquility. We tried some appetizers and first courses. The menu has few dishes and this is a good thing because you are more sure of the freshness of the products and ingredients. It is a good place for those who love fresh fish but also meat. Good selection of desserts. Very kind and helpful managers. Despite being in the central area, parking is available without problems.
