Waffle House - Amarillo

The restaurant was absolutely fantastic. It had everything we were looking for and the atmosphere was beautiful. Surrounded by wildlife, nature, and a relaxing environment, it was truly accommodating.

I have enjoyed coming to this place since I was a child. The food is always great and it's a perfect spot to relax and reflect.

Unfortunately, after spending several months in Texas and eagerly anticipating a visit to Waffle House, I was disappointed by the food I received today. The waffle I ordered was already limp and lacked the homemade flavor I was hoping for. The bowl of hash browns with cheese was large as promised, but it was only half filled with food. I'm not sure if this is the norm at Waffle House, but this particular experience did not meet my expectations. Perhaps local Texans have a better understanding of what to expect at Waffle House. I hope your visit to Waffle House is more enjoyable than mine.

Food was ok, but the experience is great. There is always friendly people and the staff is fast and kind. (as long as it's not late hours)

Wonderful experience. Our waitress, Tuesday, was wonderful and checked on us frequently. I recommend you all for her, she did a fabulous job!
