Star loss is for the regional management or franchise owners who underaffect this location by the non-assessment of their talented employees.
My husband has a really bad dairy allergy and Domino's makes their pizzas without cheese in the sauce, so we can order a cheeseless pizza. While the national chain pizza places are usually just okay, they at least are serviceable. The Sheridan Drive location was convenient for me to stop off at after work. Well that was a mistake, I should have gone out of my way. I ordered a sandwich which barely had anything on it. My son's pizza was okay. My husband's, however, was like a piece of cardboard. Hardly any sauce and skimpy toppings and absolutely tasteless. He didn't even finish one piece, had to toss the whole pizza out. Like I said, national chains are usually okay, nothing special, but this was absolutely terrible. I doubt we will go to any Domino's every again.
I can compliant about delivery time ot the service over the phone, but they will still have the best pizza from all chain pizza places.
I was charged more than twice what their website stated. I ordered bone-in wings but received boneless ones instead. When I inquired about the price difference, the staff member argued with me, insisting it was only a $3 difference, but he refused to show me the prices on the screen. There are no prices displayed on their ordering board. The same issue happened to a young man who came to pick up his order. What a frustrating experience!
I really enjoy the handmade pan bread; it's delightful. The staff is quick and professional, but I've noticed that prices have been increasing lately.
