Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónGreat food and atmosphere. the menu reads as if it might be a bit classic in the ‘stuffy’ sense, but it is not, it is a very relaxed and friendly (but also professionally guided) place to dinner. I'm looking forward to going back. also incredibly good value. they know that the owner knows what he does, and they do it well.
Sluizer is fantastic in every sight it counts for a non-suffy but elegant restaurant. at first claus and his fellow players take care of them wonderfully - they make them like a regular paraglider, expect their needs and have mastered the art of providing a relaxed fine-ding experience. it is fresh, wonderful French inspired seafood and vegetarian dishes. their oysters are wonderful, and the cod and reddish on the current menu are fantastic. there is a juicy and savory vegan and vegetarian dish of grilled earlylings economical, carrots, laeks and other vegien with polnta cake and ratatouille, which the vegan and vegetarian at our table satisfied. finally, atmosphere and charming bistro decoration in the beautiful Dutch building let them forget the outside world and put the stage for a fantastic experience. amsterdam has many great restaurants, but sluizer is now a go-to favorit.
One of the best meals in all my visits to Europe. Preparation and presentation of the food were perfect.
Great Host. great food. Fair prices.
This restaurant really enjoyed it while they visit amsterdam. we eaten some French foods and were not despised. we both ordered the surprise menu, which implies the name, a three course surprise menu. all very tasty. dessert was a creative egg in a syrup that was somehow expected, but still a little disappointing. the surprise menu was approx. 35 €, so with drinks ended about 90 € for two people. the personal and the presentation were amazing and the environment was beautiful.
