Romano's Macaroni Grill - Annapolis

Good service and good food. You can't beat that!! The waiter was extremely helpful with drink and food recommendations. Desserts are delicious too!

Family and I went to Macaroni Grill on a Wednesday evening to celebrate my birthday. The restaraunt was not nearly as busy as we were expecting, but could've been the terrible weather. We were promptly seated and our waitress was outstanding. She was very understandable and patient answering my questions about the menu. The roasted brussel sprouts were phenomenal and the balsalmic glaze on top was the perfect touch. The food was piping hot, seasoned well and delicious. The chili sauce served with the calmari was such a nice kick to compliment the creamy garlic sauce. The only suggestion that I'd make is that the calamari appetizer could use a little more oomph kind of seasoning. Other than that everything was wonderful. Will be back again!

Express lunch was tasty, quick and very reasonably priced. Service was superb.

Our food was awesome. But, the manager disrespectfully addressed employees within earshot of customers, our waitress failed to give us olive oil for our bread and failed to give us silverware which we ended up stealing from the next table. We also had to frequently ask for water refills and also had to ask for grated parmesan and fresh ground pepper for our entrees.

Wow, we went here yesterday to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We had reservations for 11:30 in the morning which they could not find, the restaurant barely had three people in it, and yet each course took at least a half an hour or more to arrive! We ended up sitting there waiting for our check for at least 30 minutes and by the time we got it we had been there for over 2 hours!!! they had a girl in training running around doing everything and she didn't know how to do anything! so this poor girl is running around trying to help everyone and doesn't know how to and they're just sitting back letting her. none of the other servers were busy that we could see and they let this poor girl run around like a chicken with her head cut off. Absolutely most terrible service I have ever had. I could not give them more than one star because even the food was not great. And when we asked about desert, our own server told us that certain desserts we were asking about we're not good, and not to order them. Normally I would appreciate the honesty, but at that point with everything else it was like come on really?? You can't even recommend your own food?! Hot mess, do not recommend...if we got that kind of service on a slow Sunday with no one in the restaurant imagine what kind of service/food you would get if they were busy. And again the food was not that great. Beware, this was the Annapolis location.
