Cafe Restaurant Compose

Food is great, the patio is divine. I don't even have kids but i find the no children policy a bit bizarre it is rigorously enforced. Schnitzel is great, deserts are good too! I recommend booking for the back patio if possible.

Friendly, excellent service and meals! We shared the lobster cocktail and then I had the Orange Chili Scallops while hubby ordered the pan seared scallops. Both were delicious. I especially loved mine with the spaetzel as a side. It was delish with the orange chili sauce. Topped our meal off with the apple strudel.

The BEST restaurant we have ever been to. Staff were polite and service was fantastic. The views from the balcony were lovely. Food came fast and looked great ; tasted amazing. This restaurant is a 5 star gem found in Annapolis Royal. We will definately be back.

We stayed for dinner and were right at the window overlooking the water, that was nice. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, and the dishes were lovely with delicate designs. The restaurant seems popular for older couples and friends, but equally welcome for younger people. I ordered the lobster Linguine with iron tes and had an apple and black tea to dessert. The lobster linguine was delicious, the pasta was chewing and coated in lobster sauce, mixed with boiled carrots and veggie circles. It had a good amount of lobster in large pieces and was garnished with a lemon slice. My friend had ordered the Thai Chili Lobster, and she said the taste was good, not spicy, but very tasteful. The iced tea was not your typical nest, it was really good. My dessert, the apple crumb, had a side vanilla ice cream. It was sweet and had the perfect texture, and the tea was great to balance the sweetness. The tea came into a pretty green tea cup and pot, and the pot could fill 2 cups. The service was excellent, our server was very nice and talked to us a bit about her life in Nova Scotia and gave us great recommendations for places to check. This restaurant was wonderful for food, service and atmosphere.
