It was bad to start my day of her zombie like face and performance, no smile no greeting. Just a strange turned-off eye and a stiff face. Come on, Chick-Fil-A, It's September and it's not even Halloween yet!
Visit the city and have been to many Chick-fil-A locations. Even with a long line in the drive thru, they were super fast. Some of the best services with the three employees we met. Great location! The food was great as usual!
I love Chick-fil-A. But on Wednesday 8-3-22 I was shocked. We went to the dining area to get a table and I noticed that almost all tables were dirty and also the floors. The glass windows in which the kids playground were dirty. Now I understand that most of the time will be the case, children play there, but I was in a lot of Chick-fil-A is a lot and I have seen them in better condition. I was so disgusting. I had to clean mine on the table. On this day I counted at least 15 employees and at least 3 people who looked like managers. I told the girl in the register about the dining area and that I can see that they are a little busy and I mean, a little busy nothing as it has been, and almost all were behind the counter. My husband went into the registers to get some sauce and overheard one of the managers ask the employees how long it was because someone cleaned the dining area, no one knew, everything she did was clean from the tables not the floor that also saw evil. I don't want to go back to Chick-fil-A or at least this place, because it makes me very unpleasant and unclean. It seems that after Kovid everywhere there is lazy quality of everything. Due to the fact that Kicher-fil-a has always shown high quality in everything they do, I expected it to continue to go to Kovid when other places have rejected. Please chick-fil-a don't let this happen to my family, my children love you.
At first we couldn't find a parking lot....as usual, then when we got in, a line was longer than the stations could hold with only one cash register. There was a large number of $100 or more right in front of me. The cashier suggested that they download the app to get the points. Now I understand it, but after about 4 minutes waiting for the app to be downloaded, I started to be impatient and asked if they could move along the line. The cashier told me rudely how much the order was, that means everything for me! We just got out at this point. Will NIE go back.
The grilled chicken sandwich was tough and the dining area (floors, windows, doors, tables, seating) all needed cleaned. There was a long line to order and only 1 cash register open. This used to be a great place to go...not anymore!
