Hi, we were reserved in free (they said that was only option). when we arrived, there were no restaurants in the open, so that they put us as close to the shanding place as possible after our request. the service was intermittent and slow. we ordered the dozens of oysters who were very good, and the ambrosia, the ok presentation was more like an salate with a buckling crawling in the middle and garnel on the side, and then there were tomato and salate underneath, with the cocktail sauce on the side. we ordered the fish tacos, which my man was in order, although the part was very large. our daughter has the lobster role. more lobster and less roll would have been better. the fries were steak frits and a bit underboiled, except the thinnest frits. I had the branzino, who was picked with crispy skin with hairline. I think my court was the best.

We love dining at Melange. We are so sad that Melange is closing and that we will not be able to see Chef Mako and enjoy the wonderful and beautiful cuisine by Chef Mako. This is very disappointing. Everyone, including Chef Mako and the dining room staff, has been so wonderful, thoughtful, and kind. We thank Chef Mako and his staff for the wonderful dining experience since last year.
