Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI was referred to this business by multiple people so I was excited to try them. I needed Cupcakes for a Baby-shower that was on a Sunday, when I went online I noticed that they are closed Sundays, which isn't a problem because I live in town and could pick up on Saturday. When I called the girl was was very nice and when I mentioned that I needed them for an event Sunday but noticed they are closed and could pick up Saturday, she said I no we are open Sundays, I was surprised and confirmed and she said it wouldn't be an issue and asked what time for pick up. We went over all the Information of what I would like for the cupcakes and a small personal cake, when done I asked if they needed payment ahead of time and she said no I could just pay at pickup. Before ending the call confirming their location I also provided my contact info since it wasn't asked for. I didn't think much of it and showed up on the Sunday I needed the cake and cupcakes not thinking there would be any issues, I got there and the place was dark, I still tried to go in but it was closed, I called the business with no answer, waited and called again leaving a Voicemail, I also reached out to them on Facebook. I received no calls or messages back and had to come up with something fast as the shower was that day, I called around to a few places and found somewhere that had enough cupcakes for my event. I waited a full week before writing this review to see if they would return my voicemail or message to even apologize for the mistake or miscommunication, but to date I still have yet to hear anything from them. I am beyond disappointed in the whole experience.
I ordered a cake for my baby shower and it turned out absolutely beautiful and everyone kept talking about how delicious the cake was even though usually they don't like or eat cake! I got pumpkin cake with cinnamon filling and caramel buttercream! Thank you so much S&O!!
I just picked up a cake for a birthday celebration. I was referred to this bakery by Pardon My French Bakery (my first choice). I sent emails and photos of the cake decoration I wanted. While the cake was beautiful, it was not exactly what I wanted (per the photos and emails I submitted for reference). I looked past that due to being out of town and ordering sight unseen. The cake was flavorful, but was not moist. The layers were burnt and hard, the macaroons were stale and hard and macaroons should not be hard. They should have a very thin crisp layer and are moist inside. In addition, the customer service was not up to par. If I hadn't asked questions and followed up, I might not have had a cake. No one emailed me or called me back to ask questions, confirm details, etc. I would not recommend anyone else utilize this business and I plan to post a Yelp review. If there is any question as to the validity of my complaint, I am more than happy to drive the 4 miles to this business to have you taste this cake.
Thank you, ladies, for a fabulous birthday cake! My daughter-in-law and granddaughter were very pleased with our choice and the whole family raved! We knew we could trust you with our requests! You’re our personal heroes…
Update: After a phone call and discussion they are going to make it right or refund. That's all anyone can ask of a business. Things happen sometimes but its how it's handled that make a big difference..they were apologetic of the issues and are going to make it good..That's all an can ask..
